Arrival Information:

The event starts/finishes at the Pleasant Valley Pool located at 4347 Cub Run Rd, Chantilly, VA 20151. The pool parking lot will be closed to vehicular traffic. Free parking is located throughout the streets of the Cub Run neighborhood. Please avoid parking on Cub Run Road between Louis Mill Drive and Bicentennial Court so that we can offer a clear start/finish area for our participants.

Please proceed to the packet pickup table upon arrival to check-in and receive your race packet.  

Aquathlon Information:

For those participating in the Aquathlon you'll be directed to a staging area on the pool deck. Please do your best to seed yourself according to your swim and run speeds to avoid too much passing. Once ready, you'll be directed to a staging area prior to the swim where you will be able to prepare for the swim. Swimmers will leave in intervals (likely 10 seconds), and will proceed to perform a snake swim through the lanes.

Upon exiting the pool deck there will be an area in the parking lot with tarps where you can drop your swim items off.  A great tip from seasoned triathletes is to bring a small bucket or bag and put your swim items in to keep them contained. Please note, the drop off area will not be monitored, Pleasant Valley Recreation Association, or anyone else affiliated with the event can not be held liable for lost or damaged items (please do not leave valuables behind). Also, please remember to retrieve your items as anything left after the event will be discarded. If you label your bucket/bag with your bib number we will try to contact you first.

Be sure when you leave for your run that you're wearing your race bib!
